Euan has a diverse role within MacArthur Green, carrying out field surveys such as bat and peat surveys, and preparing survey data, including bat data analysis, and the writing of technical bat reports for the inclusion in ES chapters. He provides logistical planning while onsite for Peat Depth and Blanket Mire Condition surveys, in addition to the preparation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 Peat reports, and Draft Peat Management Plans. Most recently, he has held the role of Ecological Clerks of Works, providing onsite advice and regular reports for the development of wind farms.

Before joining MacArthur Green, Euan took part in animal population studies in Canada, looking at resource use and predation risk in elk, moose and deer. He has also volunteered in New Zealand, radio tracking Kiwis as part of an on-going population study.

Euan has a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Glasgow. He graduated from Lancaster University in 2012, obtaining a Masters degree with Distinction in Environmental and Biochemical Toxicology.
